SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 3–5 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $35
- Standard shipping on orders under $35: $6.95 flat rate
Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak periods (holidays, launches).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside the United States. We hope to expand to Canada, Mexico, and Europe in 2027. Join our waitlist at calapets.com to be the first to know.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at calapets.com or by emailing hello@calapets.com with your order number.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at hello@calapets.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us at hello@calapets.com.
For damaged packages, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
PRE-ORDERS
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is shown at checkout. We'll send you a confirmation email when your pre-order ships. If we cannot deliver your pre-order within 30 days of the estimated date, you may cancel for a full refund.
